What is the status of my online order?

If it has been more than 3 business days and you still have not received a shipping confirmation e-mail or any other communication from us regarding your online order, we would be happy to answer any questions you might have, just send us an email at store@bigbeaverapparel.com or give us a call at 306-267-7816 if you prefer. Please note orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or stat holidays will not begin processing until the following business day. Our online store office hours are Monday – Friday 10am-5pm.
